Catherine Coulter is an American author best known for her two popular series: FBI series and A Brit in the FBI series (co-written with J.T. Ellison). The Cove, which is the first book in the FBI series, was a huge success and the series continues to do well. Other popular books from her series include Deadlock, The End Game, and Vortex. A former Wall Street speechwriter, Coulter is also known for her historical romance novels including her first novel The Autumn Countess. She lives with her husband and cat Eli in the San Francisco Bay Area.
