Overview

Ever since one of their ancestors kidnapped a young woman and caused her death, the Baskervilles are said to be cursed by an enormous supernatural hound that roams the moors around Baskerville Hall and preys on members of the family. The curse seems to be proven true when Sir Charles Baskerville is found dead near a large animal footprint on his estate. In this third novel featuring Detective Sherlock Holmes and his assistant Doctor Watson, the duo must solve the mystery of what really happened that night in order to keep the new heir to Baskerville Hall safe from danger.
