The author grew up in Brazil where he spent most of his adolescence in the mountains as a guide for the boy scouts and rocky climbing with friends.
He developed his love for motorcycles at an earlier age but unfortunately he never was able to afford one. He moved to the USA in 1988 and a couple years later he got his first motorcycle as a gift and then he started the journey on two wheels.Due to his poor upbring back in Brazil, he became a jack of all trades, he is not a master of none but oftentimes he is better than a master of one. His open mind and the ability with his hands makes him receptive to a wide variety of ideas that get him involved in a variety of projects.
He started playing the piano when he was 5 years and at 11 he moved to the guitar. He played bass for local Brazilian bands and lately he is working with a few friends on original compositions.
He writes a monthly column at a Brazilian car magazine where every month he suggests a motorcycle ride destination.
