About the Author

David Joshua Ferguson was born to Dr. Wilfred and Mrs. Veronica Ferguson on March 22nd, 1997. As an African-American he grew up in the Bahamas, for his entire life and has a deep love and passion for helping others. His love for science allowed him to excel in science, participating in numerous science events in high school. David Ferguson began his higher education at the prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology. He remained on the Dean’s List for majority of his time there. He served on the cabinet for the Caribbean Students Association and as a Copy editor for the Biomedical Engineering’s Pioneer Magazine. David transferred to Taylor University where he continued his studies and research . He thoroughly loves diversity and service and served as a chemistry graduate student, GEM Fellow and ACS Bridge Fellow at Indiana University- Bloomington.
