CHAPTER 1
Where's Your Energy?
I AM Respect
Respect resides deep within self and is a virtue of personal responsibility. Each moment honoring yourself and knowing that you are divine perfection raises your self-respect. Choosing to carry yourself with respect demands a level of respect from all others in your life.
Respect your self by following your ambitions, living your passions and honoring your individuality.
Good Vibrations
Being in tune with your energy will help you to feel complete. Our energy is always vibrating. We each vibrate on a level specific to us. The level of your vibration depends on you. If you are surrounding yourself with a positive environment, expressing kindness and love in your life, then your vibrations will be high. If you choose to live in a toxic energy environment, filled with negative thoughts and emotions, your vibration will be low.
An example of experiencing these different vibrational levels is when you visit certain people or areas and can feel the heaviness or lightness of the energy.
Fee Your Energy! (Exercise)
A great exercise that gives you the opportunity to experience your energy field is "Feel Your Energy" Start by rubbing the palms of your hands together in a circle. Rub them together for about 45 seconds. Hold them about 6 inches apart. The friction you are experiencing between your palms is your energy field.

Now that you have experienced your energy field, use the space below to describe the emotions you had while experiencing your energy field. Did you see or feel a color? Did you have strong positive feelings or any negative emotions. Be honest with yourself and your experience.
Your Personal Vibration
Your personal vibration is a lot like your fingerprint; it is unique to you as an individual. Each moment, we have the opportunity to raise our vibrations, resulting in a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Living a conscious, positive lifestyle will encourage a strong inner core as well as raise your vibrations. You have the opportunity to enhance your life experience by choosing to experience life with elevated vibrations. Raising your vibrations will benefit you and all those you come in contact with.

Five Surefire Ways to Raise Your Vibrations
I AM Enough
Are you enough? I have the only answer for you. ... YES YOU ARE! Allowing self-doubt to have a presence in your life based on the perspective others have of your worth has left you questioning yourself. How silly is that to let others determine that you are enough. Who are they to decide for you that you are enough? That is your decision and your power.
No one is allowed to have your power and it cannot be taken but only given away. Being enough is about you and can ONLY be determined by you. Start owning your power by knowing it is the truth that YOU ARE ENOUGH! Enough for YOU, and that's all that matters.
These five steps are easy, powerful ways to increase your personal vibrations.
#1: Live in Gratitude
Each moment that you are able to find gratitude you raise your vibration. Next time you forget your attitude of gratitude stop and take a look around. Find something as simple as a plant in your living room. Take some time to appreciate the beauty that plant has added to your life. This works to shift your attitude because it is impossible to be in a state of gratitude and unhappy at the same time.

# 2: Visit or call a friend who has a positive personal vibration.
Just being in contact with a person with a positive personal vibration will boost your vibration in an instance. High vibrations always dominate low vibrations in all situations. Socialize with those with high personal vibrations and elevate your spirit.

# 3: Hold Your Power
Holding your power means being true to you. The demands on a woman can often leave us feeling overwhelmed with things we need to get done and taking care of everyone else. Nurturing yourself is so important because if you are not true within yourself, you cannot be true to all those in your life. Taking the time to honor who you are does not mean you have to go out and spend money on yourself; it just means devoting some time to you.

# 4: Practicing Acts of Kindness
Doing nice things for others is a surefire way to elevate your vibrations. Every person you encounter is busy on their own path. Offering a kind smile or a compliment can change the moment as well as someone's entire life, not to mention the change it creates in your life as well. A great affirmation to practice while exploring acts of kindness is "because nice matters". Do not underestimate the distance kindness travels.

Your body is your temple. You have the opportunity to decide the health and wellbeing of your body. By nurturing your body with positive energy, good foods, and exercise, you are creating a strong, resilient, healthy lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle includes taking care of your integrated whole. This includes your mind, body, and spirit. All low vibrations and illnesses start on the inside and reflect throughout your life. Some great ways to live a healthy lifestyle are eating good foods, practicing positive affirmations, and exercising your body.

Discovering Auras
I AM Kind
Kindness is a way to share all that you are with the world. Being kind has no guidelines or limits to giving it away. Being kind is as simple as opening a door for someone, smiling at a stranger, inspiring others to live their passions.
We all seem to remember being kind to others but the real test arises when we need to be kind to ourselves. You always have that kind word to share with a friend that is down, or a child when they make a mistake. But what about you? When you make a mistake or lose sight of your goals are you quick to belittle yourself, not allowing yourself the same kindness you show others. Be kind to yourself knowing that life is supposed to be fun and mistakes are progress allowing you to change direction, moving forward. The kindness you show your self will have an outstanding ripple effect in all areas of your life.
What is Prana?
Can you feel the prana (life force energy) in everything you are and everything around you? Prana surrounds everything. Life force can be seen and felt at all times. Stop and take the time to look around you: at the trees, birds, and people that surround you on a daily basis; witness the life force energy within all. Energy is so powerful that you can feel it all the time. For example, when you walk into a room and someone is in a bad mood, you can feel their heaviness. Also, when someone is full of happiness with vibrant energy, you pick up on that. This is feeling the life force energy. Energy is amazing because you have the opportunity to choose what kind of energy you want. You can have negative energy and emit that to everyone with the way you carry yourself, or you can express positive energy resulting in a light, fun presence. Your energy is your strength; learning yourself energetically will result in an integrated whole.

Showing Your Aura
Your aura is your shield of honor. It's made of seven layers, each layer having a specific purpose. The top three layers of aura develop for your experience of spiritual and higher connection. The four bottom levels of aura develop for your growth and healing process here on earth. Our aura is an amazing part of us that although all layers have such different tasks, it all works together for the whole of our being.
The first layer is the physical level. The physical level contains all the physical parts of your body, including your natural systems.
The second level of the aura is the etheric body. This level is responsible for your health and holds your chakra system. The etheric layer of your aura gives you your connection to the third dimension, to our existence on planet earth. If there is a block in this aura level, you will have a low vibration, low energy, and illness.
The third level of the aura is where the awareness of self resides. It's the emotional level of the aura, where we experience emotions such as happiness and sadness. As we start to open to our own emotions and build trust within ourselves, this layer of aura grows. It is the first layer in which a blockage of energy takes place, then leading to physical manifestation. A block in this aura level will result in emotional disturbance, leaving you upset and out of sorts.
The fourth layer of your aura represents the clarity of you. The clarity level of your aura is compiled of all your attitudes and beliefs of life. These beliefs have been programmed into your aura for many years. If there is a block within this aura level, you will struggle with who you are and the beliefs that you may have).
The fifth layer is spiritual. This aura level is your connection with your spiritual self. When there is a block in the spiritual aura level, you will feel disconnected spiritually from yourself and others. A blockage in this aura level also disables you from having a strong connection with you and your spiritual self.
The sixth level of the aura is the soul vehicle. This layer of the aura is used by the soul to express itself. This layer of aura allows you to be true to who you are and stand in your power. A blockage in this layer of the aura means you will be lacking in self expression.
The seventh (and final) layer of the aura is the divine. This aura layer is where enlightenment is attained. This layer is the closest to the divine in us all.
Be aware of the specific characteristics of each aura level to pinpoint areas in your life that may need healing.
Seeing Your Aura
Use this exercise to explore your own levels of aura.
Step One: Sit in a dark room lit by candles, breathing deeply and relaxing
Step two: Look at your right arm in the light of the candle. Focus on the area in the glow of the candlelight Step Three: Allow your third eye to open slowly, watching for the aura to appear
Step Four: See and feel your aura. You may see the chakra system as well. It will look like a colorful pearl necklace.
Use the space below to journal your experience of seeing your aura. Also draw a picture of your aura, be expressive.
Scrub Your Aura
Keeping your aura clean is easy and will aid in the health of your mind, body and spirit.
To scrub your aura:
Sit in a comfy position with your back straight. Close your eyes and imagine a white light pouring into the top of your head. Your white light should flow through each of your body parts all the way down to your feet. Then, imagine the white light taking the shape of a circle around your entire body. This should feel warm and safe. Keep the presence of the white light as long as you need to feel at peace.
Doing this cleaning exercise every day will energize your spirit with positive energy.
Use this space to draw a picture of a clean and a dirty aura. Describe ways you can eliminate picking up negative energy and how you can attract positive energy to keep your aura clean.
Is Your Aura Dirty?
We all have our days when we have bad moods or spend our time in a negative environment. The energy exchange will have a direct effect on your aura. Your aura picks up all energy, positive and negative, from everything around you. If you pick up negative energy all day, your aura will be dingy with dark colors. Picking up positive energy all day will bring bright colors to your aura. It is important to keep your aura clean because other people pick up your energy too! When your aura is surrounded by positive energy, the energy of your aura is elevated. When your aura is surrounded by negative energy, it affects the lightness of your being. Your aura is always changing, depending on what kind of energy it is around.

CHAPTER 4
ChakraCize Your Spirit
I AM Allowing
Our lives flow in divine order presenting a magnificent journey. The flow of life is greater than we are; it is like a river, no one tries to force a river to flow; it is allowed to flow in divine direction facing the curves and the rocks. Never slowing down and giving up because of a boulder that may have otherwise stopped the flow. This is how life is meant to flow, easy and peaceful allowing you to curve around your blocks and keep flowing. Allow yourself to maneuver around any boulders that life sets in your way to enhance your life. Embrace and allow knowing the flow of life knows just where it's going and you are along for the ride!
Our chakras are the seven major energy centers within our bodies that are responsible for our health. We all have chakras and the health and vitality of all seven chakras is as important in an adult as in a child. Chakras are about 2-3 inches in diameter and are in the shape of a circle; they rotate in a clockwise direction. This circle symbolizes balance. Having a balanced chakra system guarantees optimal health and a positive energy flow.
Chakras are spinning energy centers that start at the bottom of the spine and end at the top of the head.
Our chakra system is like a strainer that we use to filter our energy as well as all the energy that we come into in contact with on a day-to-day basis. Being aware of the energy you come in contact with each day will determine how your chakra system performs. Surrounding yourself with positive energy will encourage positive energy flow, resulting in optimal health. If you are constantly living around and in a negative environment, then your chakra system will run sluggish and poorly.
In most cases, individuals wait until there is a blockage (illness, vibrational low) before they start to explore ways to heal and maintain a positive energy flow. Taking the time to learn the specific characteristics associated with each chakra, you will be able to pinpoint where your blockage is and heal before it manifests as an illness.
ColorCize
A great way to warm up your chakras is to colorcize. Each chakra vibrates at the same color that it is related to. When focusing on the energy of these colors within your chakras, you are able to enhance their energy. The colors of your chakras follow the same pattern as the rainbow. "ROY G. BIV"
Root Red Sacral Orange Solar Plexus Yellow Heart Green Throat Blue Third Eye/Brow Indigo Crown Violet
Find a comfortable place to relax. Take 5 deep breaths, each time relaxing deeper. Visualize your root chakra, spinning clockwise at the base of your spine. Now visualize a vibrant red color pouring throughout your root chakra. Keep this vision for about 10-15 seconds. Just enough to energize that chakra.
Use these same steps to colorize each of your chakras whenever they need a boost.
