Prior to embarking on an accomplished career in education and writing, Mr. Oliver earned an Associate of Science from Greater Hartford Community College in Hartford, Connecticut, in 1972. He went on to attend the University of Massachusetts, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Certification to Teach Secondary Science and Vocational Agriculture in 1975. In 1981, he earned a certificate in Data Processing from Business Education Institute in West Springfield, MA. Mr. Oliver concluded his studies at the University of Hartford, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in 1989.
