Joanna Condé was born and raised in upstate New York. She began her appraisal profession studying under John Stanwix, SRA, of Morgan-Stanwix in Rochester, New York. She moved to Peoria, Arizona in 1988 and started Condé Appraisal Associates in Sun City, Arizona.

Joanna is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Arizona. She became licensed in 1991 taking the first licensing exam offered. She is certified by the Appraisal Foundation to teach Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and she is the founder and past president of the Arizona Association of Real Estate Appraisers, the largest professional organization of appraisers in Arizona. She is also owner and president of Arizona Appraisal Seminars & Classes, an approved school for both real estate appraisal and real estate education in Arizona and she teaches appraisal related classes throughout the state and on Zoom.

Joanna is also a REALTOR® and received her license in 2016. Carl Schuetze, Joanna’s husband, had been a REALTOR® for years and they decided to form a team and work together.

Two years after earning her license, Joanna decided to learn everything she could about selling real estate. Since she did not have another 30 years to learn from her own experience, she took 110 hours of education from the best instructors possible through the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and earned her GRI, SRES, ABR, and ePro designations.

Joanna and Carl refer to themselves as the “Golden Rule Agents” and specialize in homes on the west side of Phoenix, Arizona, especially in the senior communities of the Sun Cities.
