Viviana Cristofanilli and Angelica Cristofanilli are high school students passionate about French culture and language. As part of their independent research project, they collected data from American middle and high school students studying French to determine the most memorable features of French books they had studied. Armed with this knowledge, they integrated these elements into writing L’épanouissement, a short novel aiming to expose students to a higher level of language, featuring advanced vocabulary and complex grammatical tenses. This book is specifically aimed at learners at levels B1-B2 (medium-high intermediate) and serves as an enriching resource for their language progression.
