The political system of USA. A strange twoparty system.
Objective of this study is not an in-depth analysis, to come close to or even "touch" the summation of dynamics and factors that influence or shape the complex and complicated political system of USA. The reader will not find information –or, rather, will only find the bare minimums of information- about the modes of operation of Congress and the parliamentary teams of parties inside it, about the political role and the interventionism of financial "lobbies", about the ministrations of the executive power and, more specifically, the government formation, etc. The aim and objective of this study is merely the American party system as such, the political reality they create as a whole and as an influential grid of political forces, which is -more than anything else- determined by the complete bipartisan texture. The first main part of the book focuses on a historical overview of the formation and evolution of the party system, while the second, and perhaps most essential, part constitutes an attempt to interpret the production, stability and perpetuation of the two-party system in the US.
