About the Author

Robert Penn, a third-generation antique dealer, started in the industry as a preteen in California during the 1990s, selling at antique fairs. While serving in the Armed Forces from 2002 to 2022, he traveled extensively, acquiring antiques along the way. Currently, he is a Talent Relations Manager for one of the largest Pop Culture conventions in the Southwest. He is an American Numismatic Association life member, and Striking History: The U.S. Mint at the Chicago World's Fair is his debut book.
